As EVP, Helen oversees all business and growth strategies for App Science. Named a 2022 Cynopsis Top Women in Media honoree for ad tech innovation, Helen has over 10 years of experience in digital media, campaign management expertise, and scaling business operations. Prior to her role as EVP, Helen helped build and manage Sabio’s global account management team and assisted in spearheading the first mobile retargeting campaign in the industry. Jason Tong

SVP, Engineering

As SVP of Engineering, Jason leads the App Science engineering and data science teams in California and India. He has been instrumental in the company’s growth, particularly in the development of the App Science platform. He also played a critical role in the development of Sabio’s programmatic technology. Jason has over 10 years of experience in mobile marketing. He has extensive knowledge of ad serving, action tracking, and reporting. Jason’s favorite apps are YouTube and eTrade.

As SVP of Marketing, Elisa is responsible for developing strategic brand and marketing initiatives for App Science. Elisa is a media marketing agency veteran with more than 17 years of experience in leading integrated and digital media planning and buying for Fortune 500 brands. A digital media native, Elisa has executed some of the first-to-market digital executions on MySpace, AOL, Facebook, Snapchat, and interactive experiences with awards. Elisa’s favorite apps are Pinterest and Yelp.

Josh Melick

As SVP of Product and Data Architecture, Josh helps bridge client needs and technical systems. With expertise in ad tech, SMB SaaS, and entrepreneurship, Josh is a consistent innovator. After architecting AT&T's mobile ad strategy during the iPhone's early days, Josh led product development for SMB SaaS companies, including Demandforce, where he helped strike its $430M sale to Intuit, and Broadly.com, his own venture that he sold to Vendasta.
